"Since the original agent we signed up with at Jimmy Carr Stare Farm left, we constantly have to speak with different people. No one seems to have a genuine interest in speaking with you, they just want you to go to the app and do everything your self, so they can get off the phone ASAP. I will be moving my insurance to a different State Farm agency soon due to the lack of good customer service! Communication and consistency of information is terrible there and I would not recommend them."
